We will cover exciting tricks such as: Spin, bow, jump through a hoop, say your prayers, cop cop, back up, leg weave, paws up, play dead, shake, perch work, pedestal, touch. The cost is $45/dog. ✅ Classes meet on the same day and time each week. Classes take place at our training center located at 131 James Comeaux Rd, Lafayette, La 70508. ✅ Proof of current vaccinations given by a veterinarian, a negative fecal, and flea prevention are needed to attend class. Puppies need 2 rounds of vaccines given by a veterinarian. ✅ All classes are taught with positive reinforcement based methods, we do not use any choke, prong, or shock collars.
Agatha, the 5 year old Chihuahua Mix, is currently Agatha, the 5 year old Chihuahua Mix, is currently enrolled in private training lessons with Vikki for behavior modification. She's a rescue dog and struggles with fear aggression towards people. We have implemented enrichment, systematic desensitization, counter-conditioning, and obedience training. She is building confidence and is making tremendous improvement with guests. We're so pleased with her progress. This class is a great confidence builder for shy or fearful dogs; offers an outlet for older and retired dogs; and provides mental stimulation for ALL dogs. 🐾 This class will focus on teaching your dog to find a target odor- Birch, and to stay at the odor. Dogs ARE REQUIRED to wait their turn during class and are worked one at a time.

They're in training to learn their basic obedience cues and to reduce digging caused by boredom. They're doing amazing building their focus. They're working on loose leash walking, stay, and bed. 🥜Peanut, the 7 year old Lab Mix, is currently e 🥜Peanut, the 7 year old Lab Mix, is currently enrolled in private training for behavior modification. He has been through a lot this past year, as one of his human owners and his canine sibling passed away. Shortly after, he began presenting with signs of separation anxiety. Prior to training he could not safely be left alone. He showed signs of escapism and would constantly pace and scratch at the windows. We implemented management, crate training, enrichment, systematic desensitization, counter-conditioning, and obedience training. He is now able to be safely left alone for a few hours and we aee gradually increasing his threshold.
