Professional Dog Training

We offer In-Home Private Training for those in Lafayette. We offer basic and advanced obedience training in the comfort of your own home. Advanced private training lessons can take place in your home or a location. All ages and breed are welcome for training. We will travel within 30 miles of Lafayette.

Training

Our hybrid training program is designed to specifically cater to puppies 5 months of age and younger. We take trips to local parks, pet stores, and sometimes even restaurants to ensure adequate socialization and reliability of cues.

Private Training lessons take place in your home, our facility, or in a public location close to you. All ages and breeds are welcome for private training. We will travel within 30 miles of Lafayette to meet your needs for private training.

Modification

Behavior modification for aggression, fear, phobias, and anxiety is offered in private lessons to Lafayette and surrounding residents. All ages and breeds are accepted for behavior modification to adjust problem behaviors.

Training

Group classes, specialty workshops, puppy socials, learning seminars, and private lessons are held at our facility located in Lafayette. All ages and breeds are welcome for in-facility training with proof of current vaccinations.

Ruby and Duke have recently completed our behavior Ruby and Duke have recently completed our behavior modification training program. Ruby has gained so much confidence and no longer anxiously marks in the house. Prior to training she was too nervous to go on walks, now she loves her daily strolls around the neighborhood. Duke was recently adopted and began to show signs of anxiety aggression with guests. Displays of affection and loud noises triggered his aggression. We used systematic desensitization and counter-conditioning to his trigge4w. Class meets the same day and time each week for 4 weeks. Your puppy will learn eye contact, sit, down, come, stay, leave it, loose leash walking, go to bed. We will also discuss how to address jumping, chewing, barking, and digging. 💲The cost is $175/dog. SPACE IS LIMITED!!!

You will enjoy learning a new way of bonding with your dog while strengthening their problem solving skills, confidence, and have tons of fun while doing it! Your dog will learn how to find and alert on your scent in this class. This class is modeled after AKC Handler Discrimination Class. 🐶You will be required to bring a scented article to class such as a sock or glove with your scent on it. We will teach your dog to find your scented article in a Container box search and in an Interior room search.
