Birdie, the Miniature Australian Shepherd puppy, r Birdie, the Miniature Australian Shepherd puppy, recently completed our Hybrid Training program. She spent an hour each day for 2 weeks learning her basic obedience cues in the comfort of her home. She enjoyed her field trip to the park and gained much needed confidence. She is such a sweetheart girl and we are so proud of her progress. Sugar, the 1 year old rescue dog, is currently enr Sugar, the 1 year old rescue dog, is currently enrolled in private training lessons for behavior modification at our Training Center. She is extremely energetic and hyper. She also engages in anxious behaviors when being left alone. We are currently working on fulfilling her excercise and mental enrichment needs. Booker, the 2 year old Matipoo, is currently enrol Booker, the 2 year old Matipoo, is currently enrolled in behavior modification lessons at our Training Center. Booker is extremely fear aggressive of people. His aggression makes things like grooming appointments, vet appointments, and having guests over extremely hard. His veterinarian prescribed medication to be given prior to stressful events to allow for better training. He is making tremendous progress. His aggression towards people has greatly decreased. He has been engaging in "happpy visits" to the groomer. He can now tolerate brushing and is working on getting comfortable with baths. He has also learned how to sit, touch, lie down, and go to his bed.
