Puppy Class

 This is a 5 week course for puppies ages 10 weeks to 5 months of age. Class meets the same day and time each week for 5 weeks. This course covers house-training, socialization, handling for veterinary exams, problem solving for common behaviors problems such as common problem puppy behaviors such as jumping, barking, mouthing, chewing, and digging. Your puppy will learn eye contact, sit, down, come, stay, leave it, loose leash walking, and go to bed. Attend a puppy social and your puppy will be eligible to take their AKC Puppy STAR test and earn a Title! 

Proof of current vaccinations given by a veterinarian, a negative fecal, and flea prevention are needed to attend class. Puppies need 2 rounds of vaccinations given by a veterinarian.

The rain has been a challenge for us to work on coming when called, but we've had several short practice sessions when going out to potty. She is extremely food motivated and has picked up her obedience cues quickly. Koko is currently enrolled in Behavior Modificatio Koko is currently enrolled in Behavior Modification training lessons at our Training Center to address her separation anxiety. She's making great progress in training. We are counter-conditioning her to triggers of her owner leaving and desensitizing her to short periods of being left alone.
