Online Private Training Agreement

I understand Sit Happens Dog Training will provide dog training services tailored to my specific needs. Sit Happens Dog Training, LLC. may use pictures/videos of me or my dog for publicity or promotional purposes, without any liability or obligation of any kind to me.

I understand that training services are NOT guaranteed.
Sit Happens Dog training will not be held responsible for any injuries (including death) or property damage caused by herself or any dog in which she has worked.

Each training session will last approximately one hour, I understand that I have 2 months to compete my private training package.

I understand that Sit Happens Dog Training uses positive rewards based training methods. sing physical punishment is grounds to terminate services. Physical punishment includes, but is not limited to choke chains, pinch collars, shock collars, etc.

I understand that Sit Happens Dog Training does not offer refunds for online training packages. I acknowledge that my behavior directly influences my dog’s behavior and that training/behavior modification is my responsibility.

Any controversy, claim, cause of action or similar arising out of or relating to the Agreement, or breach of this Agreement, shall be settled by arbitration, which will occur via telephone by an arbitrator that we mutually agree upon. The costs of the arbitration shall be borne by the losing property. This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana
