Hybrid Training Agreement

Sit Happens Dog Training, LLC. may use pictures/videos of me or my dog for publicity or promotional purposes, without any liability or obligation of any kind to me.

I understand that training services are NOT guaranteed.
Sit Happens Dog training will not be held responsible for any injuries (including death) or property damage caused by herself or any dog in which she has worked.

Full payment is due on my initial training session. I understand that Sit Happens Dog Training does NOT issue refunds. No exceptions, services are non-transferable.

I give permission for the trainer to enter my home without myself or family being present. I understand that should I forget to leave a key or code access to my home, the session will be forfeited.

I understand that rescheduling is not permitted in this training program. There are no exceptions. Any rescheduling will result in forfeiture of sessions.

I understand that Sit Happens Dog Training uses positive rewards based training methods. Using physical punishment is grounds to terminate services. Physical punishment includes, but is not limited to choke chains, pinch collars, shock collars, etc.

I agree to provide the necessary materials needed for training. Including, but not limited to: treats, toys, leash, collar, harness, etc.

I give permission for my dog to be transported via automobile for training field trips and travel.

There is a $35 NSF fee for all returned checks.

Any controversy, claim, cause of action or similar arising out of or relating to the Agreement, or breach of this Agreement, shall be settled by arbitration in the state of Louisiana, which will occur via telephone by an arbitrator that we mutually agree upon. The costs of the arbitration shall be borne by the losing property.
